Driven by a Makita-built brushless motor, the HP001G delivers up to 141 N·m (1,250 in·lb) of torque while offering two adjustable speed modes (0–650 RPM low and 0–2,600 RPM high) paired with two impact rate settings (0–9,750 BPM low and 0–39,000 BPM high) for maximum versatility.
Electronic clutch with 41 torque stages ensures consistent fastening control, while Active Feedback-sensing Technology (AFT) detects bit binding and automatically stops the motor to reduce kickback injuries.
The tool is engineered for rough site conditions with XPT™ weather protection, integrated LED work light, metal-reinforced chuck, and compact size (~182 × 86 × 280 mm).
